Since 2006 Broadsword has been connecting people through events. As a global creative events agency we are shaped by decades of experience and a clear purpose to create positive change for our people, clients, industry and our planet.

To better support global clients we have expanded from London and our team works remotely across Europe, the UK, US, and Asia.
Made up of experts across operations, commercial, event production, event management, and a creative department; our collaborative approach is agency wide.
Asia Pacific
Based in Hong Kong, Broadsword Asia Pacific is a permanent fixture in Hong kong, as part of our global events agency.
Hong Kong acts as main hub to help clients deliver their global events seamlessly with our on-the ground support throughout Asia Pacific. Our talented regional team has expert understanding to tailor events to the specific needs of the APAC market.

Community impact
As a B Corp, we believe business can be a force for good. Part of this is contributing to good causes through volunteering and creating a culture of giving back. In 2024, we contributed 561 hours to good causes through paid volunteering days and group initiatives.
We work with a partner charity, Future First, providing work experience and mentoring to develop the next generation of talent and inclusive career pathways.
Apprentices
Broadsword continues to foster talent through apprenticeships, allowing team members to develop while gaining both experience and training. Our MD sits on the board for Events Apprenticeships and we are determined to promote this pathway in the events sector. A number of the team at Broadsword are enrolled on or have completed apprenticeships, with apprentices both joining the business, progressing onto higher level courses, and existing members of staff having the opportunity to complete apprenticeship courses on subjects including marketing, operations, and management.
