Since 2006 Broadsword has been connecting people through events. As a global events agency we are shaped by decades of experience and a clear purpose to create events and experiences that inspire positive change, becoming B Corp certified in 2024.

Asia Pacific
Based in Hong Kong, Broadsword Asia Pacific is a permanent fixture in Hong kong, as part of our global events agency.
Hong Kong acts as main hub to help clients deliver their global events seamlessly with our on-the ground support throughout Asia Pacific. Our talented female-led regional team has expert understanding to tailor events to the specific needs of the APAC market.

Apprenticeships & Work Experience
Broadsword fosters talent through apprenticeships, allowing team members to develop while gaining both experience and certfified training. A number of the team at Broadsword are enrolled on or have completed apprenticeships with us.
As a B Corp we have a culture of giving back and creating impact within our community. Our MD sits on the board for Events Apprenticeships and we are determined to promote this pathway in the events sector. We work closely with organisations such as The Power of Events, Future First, Elevate, and NOWIE to provide mentoring, work experience, and inclusive career pathways to the next generation.
