About Us
Broadsword is a leading and established independent event agency – certified as a B Corp and awarded Agency of The Year in 2025. Over 18 years we have established relationships with leading brands and work across the globe to deliver impactful events for our clients. We are driven to use our business as a force for good and work to embed this into everything we do at Broadsword, summed up in our manifesto: Be The Edge.
Life at Broadsword
We are a remote agency, enabling work life balance, while regularly hosting work together and social opportunities and offering perks such as an employee wellbeing app, access to workspaces, and paid volunteering days. We are committed to fostering a culture of learning, offering a non-work related training fund, regular feedback meetings, and opportunities to complete apprenticeships. Due to the nature of delivering events, we offer flexible working and encourage all team members to take advantage of the diverse opportunities in events and invest in their development through industry events and opportunities to travel.
Talent Development
Broadsword fosters talent through apprenticeships, allowing team members to develop while gaining both experience and certified training. A number of the team at Broadsword are enrolled on or have completed apprenticeships with us.
As a B Corp we have a culture of giving back and creating impact within our community. Our MD sits on the board for Events Apprenticeships and we are determined to promote this pathway in the events sector. We work closely with organisations such as The Power of Events, Future First, Elevate, and NOWIE to provide mentoring, work experience, and inclusive career pathways to the next generation.
