Mark is a sound meditation practitioner. He studied Naad Yoga (which is the Yoga of Sound) and has performed wellbeing activities for the likes of Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, Soho House, and Sense Arts. He works as the UK manager for GONG where he arranges gong baths and sound meditation for corporate clients, as well as putting together a schedule of public sessions across London, and online sessions 7 days a week, via a team of practitioners.
