Meet Broadsword's New Team Member in APAC

The appointment comes after a successful 2023 for Broadsword globally, with the acquisition of new APAC clients in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney, as well as the continued support for global client events across the region.

As Project Manager, Helen will be assisting Broadsword’s Asia Pacific Lead on building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. She starts this role with a strong logistics background in event delivery for the music industry.

We asked Helen some questions to get to know her better: 

1 – What made you want to work with Broadsword and in the events industry?

I am looking forward to learning more, with a switch in my career path to the events world. I’m also excited for the opportunity to work with colleagues from different backgrounds since I am used to working with local teams.

2 – What did you do before coming to broadsword? 

I’m proud to have had the opportunity to work with artists whom I admire, as an Artist Manager for local singers and song-writers. We worked closely together on numerous music projects.

3 – What would your advice be to someone who is interested in working in events? 

Always keep learning and stay curious. No matter what field you are in, it’s important to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
