We’ve worked as an events partner for the Informa Global Employee Awards since 2023, which is one of the highlights of our events calendar. Informa really do lead the field with this event where they celebrate the work of their teams throughout the entire business on internal campaigns.

Informa run their awards programme annually and ensure that everyone is included with a hybrid format. The event takes place both as an in-person ceremony and then live-streamed to a custom platform for staff based in offices across the globe who host watch parties to make everyone feel a part of the celebration. The creation of a digital platform allows colleagues to engage before the event with the opportunity to vote on specific categories as well as sharing experiences onto a photo wall.

Informa’s team run an internal campaign to find hosts for the event from across their global business. Staff can enter via video submission for the opportunity to host the event or present an award. Winners are then flown to the event location with the successful submissions shown as a part of the engaging video content on the day.

For the 2024 event we worked on a global jukebox theme, reflecting the diversity and celebration of the event with the idea of music bringing everyone together in a shared experience.

Banking Hall was transformed with the event identity and branding across all touchpoints, creating high impact with a giant revolving glitterball, branded entrance and walkway leading to the custom stage.

Those joining virtually were entertained in the breaks with vox pops from the winners on the night, featuring branded microphones and backdrops.
