A company sales kick-off offsite should be high energy and impactful. With this in mind, the concept Playing to Win” worked perfectly with Twickenham Stadium’s history and the purpose of the gathering.

Understanding sales kick-off meeting 

Having previously worked with the event project director on another sales kick-off, Broadsword were tasked to bring to life Kimberly-Clark’s EMEA Summit, which was staged in Twickenham Stadium, London. 

A mixture of insightful content, CEO and leadership team presentations, group workshops and (rugby) themed audience engagement activity kept the energy and focus high for this three-day event. 

Working with existing creative 

With the visual identity for the conference established we set about producing an array of bold, sweeping vinyl graphics, which we installed across walls and windows to create a fully branded environment, encompassing delegates on three sides. This was continued on the outside of the stadium, creating an impactful entrance.

Added value

Alongside delivering all production and technical resource, we supported with a series of matching product and exhibition stands which served as great knowledge sharing hubs. Here we facilitated 1–2‑1 conversations so that delegates could understand more about new product developments.

My favourite part of any kick-off is finally here! We will celebrate successes and see the best of us receive some awesome rewards. What a great event!
