Sensitivity when filming 

Developing a tone for the content filming and delivery sensitive to the stories we heard was at the heart of everything the Broadsword creative team did. From producing showreels for each shortlisted nominee to scripting for the ceremony itself the Broadsword team approached each element subtlety and with humility.

Services provided

Ceremony planning and management, including project and filming timelines, online registration and check-in system, co-ordinating suppliers and front of house venue management. 

Our expert team ran the evening, overseeing delegate and speaker management and flow, installation and operation of all production. Stage management of technical and speaker rehearsals, as well as the co-ordination of the venue technical team.

Working on this project two years in a row has been hugely rewarding for me, in fact it is one of my event highlights of the year! In a world where sometime people arrange awards for the sake of holding an awards ceremony this ceremony really stands out for me as it is so important and significant to so many people. A real pleasure to be involved!
