Moody's Innovation Open House
Innovation Open House was created to spotlight the innovation and technologies driving Moody’s Analytics. The office itself, within the World Trade Centre in New York, was designed for innovation and collaboration so was the obvious fit for the event.
We wanted to transform the space from the office it is most days and allow the identity of the event to take over. This began with mapping out the event throughout the office, to include a theatre-style space for panel discussions by senior leaders as well as exhibition areas in the form of innovation pods linking to the main agenda. These innovation pods, with built in screens, featured live demonstrations to spotlight new solutions Moody’s were bringing to their customers.
To further utilise the space to create an ‘offsite’ experience, the space was branded using vinyl decals and canvas artwork to separate event spaces such as registration and guide attendees through the agenda.
Over the two-day hybrid event Broadsword also provided audio-visual, with the panel sessions for over 100 in-person also being broadcasted live to a virtual audience. Overall the event was ‘a resounding success’, with a turnout over the expected numbers and extremely positive internal feedback that reinforced the objectives of the event.
