OVERVIEW

Broadsword supported Moody’s in delivering an engaging and dynamic APAC Sales Conference in Hong Kong. Held over three days, the event brought together over 260 delegates for networking, strategy sharing, and celebration across multiple venues within the hotel.​

Broadsword managed all aspects of planning and onsite delivery for key events, including a high impact conference and themed dinners including the sales awards to recognise performance.

For the conference day, we implemented a dual LED screen setup and professional stage backdrop, enhancing speaker visibility and content delivery.​

The evening programmes featured live entertainment including costumed performers as part of a ‘Masked Singer’ style segment, adding a playful and memorable dimension.

Additional support included registration, creative content planning, and branded gift solutions like digital caricatures and customised trophies.

Interactive technology such as a a 360° photo booth and claw machines with custom prizes were also used to contribute to Moody’s goal of energising and rewarding its APAC team.

The result was a cohesive and immersive event that blended business with interactive moments.
