Fifty Heights above Frankfurt: Discover the highest event location in Frankfurt, overlooking the city’s iconic skyline, where we delivered the sixth live event in a global series of finance conferences.

Delivering Moody’s Credit Trends took our events team to financial capitals across the globe, with location six being the largest financial hub in continental Europe: Frankfurt.

Frankfurt is a unique city next to the Taunus mountain range and cut into two by the River Maine. One half is home to the largest skyscrapers in Germany, which has led to the city being nicknamed Mainhattan’.

A room with a view!

The team were warmly welcomed by The Scandic Frankfurt. The hotel is in Museumsufer, an embankment known for its 39 museums and galleries that show off the rich history of Frankfurt. On the bank of the river Maine, the rooms provided incredible views of the city.

We were pleased to see that they had made the swap from plastic water bottles to their own filtered water and bottles made from recycled materials. This has effectively reduced emissions by approximately 160 tons per year — the equivalent to 97 round-trip flights from Sweden to Thailand! As there is a move to ban single use plastic at venues, it’s great to see it has had such a positive effect.

Although, the view was quickly outdone upon arrival to the event space.

Take your event to new heights

We delivered the event at Fifty Heights, Located on the 50th floor of Tower 185 is the highest event location in Frankfurt.

The venue doesn’t fail to make the most of the 180° panoramic view of Germany’s most beautiful skyline. Its high ceilings and large windows spanning the entire room create an open and airy space.

The room is a blank canvas, allowing us to set up a panel design ready for the event to begin.
