B. Listening: Exploring the World of Incentive Travel

“We’re working in a people-centric industry where we’re trying to design an experience to evoke a behaviour or an emotion. Incentives play to deep-rooted human behaviours. Aside from financial bonuses, it’s them money-can’t-buy experiences”.
In this episode of the B. Listening podcast, we’re unlocking the psychological potential of incentives for businesses and employees. From electric snowmobiling and coral reef regeneration, to nomadic forest dinners and immersive train journeys through the mountains; Olivia Salvage shares inspiration to reshape your approach to incentive travel events that promote wellbeing, a connection with nature, and regenerative practices.
“Instead of just sustaining, we need to go further and focus on leaving places better than when we found them.”
As an Event Manager at Banff in Canada, Olivia welcomes us into a fascinating world of global incentive travel, which she documents via her Instagram The Incentive Traveller — sharing trends and tips, as well as sustainable destinations.
